2024 Mount Fishtail Blush Sauvignon Blanc

This delicate blend of Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir was harvested in the cool morning hours and gently pressed. The Sauvignon Blanc was cool-fermented in stainless steel, while the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir aged in seasoned French oak barriques. After maturing separately, they were expertly blended to achieve a harmonious balance of vibrant fruit flavours, a refreshing mouthfeel, and an enticing colour.

TASTING NOTES

This blush Sauvignon Blanc presents a refined bouquet of passion fruit, green apple, lemon, and subtle hints of watermelon. On the palate, it offers crisp acidity and a restrained hint of sweetness, finishing light and refreshing.
