We harvest in the cool morning, gently press the grapes, cold-settle the juice, and ferment it slowly in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES Aromas of stone fruit and citrus peel are perfectly balanced by fresh acidity, resulting in a crisp, dry and mouth-watering finish. This wine highlights the textural nature of Marlborough Pinot Gris.

FOOD PAIRINGS

This Pinot Gris pairs well with soft cheeses and Asian-inspired cuisine, and it’s an excellent match for lemony, buttery Italian chicken picatta.
