2024 Mount Fisthail Chardonnay

TECHNICAL NOTES

Harvested in the cool of the morning, the grapes were gently pressed before undergoing fermentation and aging in a combination of 25% new and 75% seasoned French barriques for eight months prior to bottling.

TASTING NOTES

Crafted from a blend of Clone 95 and Mendoza, this wine offers enticing aromas of white peach, melon, and nectarine. The palate is creamy and textured, showcasing exceptional balance and a long, pure finish.

Elegant and expressive now, it will continue to evolve beautifully with cellaring, further harmonising the oak influence with Marlborough’s signature acidity.

This wine goes perfectly with creamy pasta dishes, pan-fried salmon, roasted chicken or crayfish.
